The market is open for ordering.

Good morning,
The market is now open for ordering. Joyful Noise Acres Farm *has new pork and chicken in. There are plenty of large birds to choose from. The pork is even more delicious than before. The pigs have been on a diet of produce and barley and the meat is sweeter and pinker than before. This batch of sausage is truly mild not medium.
*Four Mile Farm *now has lamb and beef. We have beef, pork and bones in the freezer also for those that need to make broth.
We only have a few more weeks of tomatoes and peppers. My favorite summer recipe has been sliced tomatoes and sliced gouda cheese drizzled with *Home Appetits’ *Balsamic Vinegar then *Rosemary Knoll’s *Artichoke pesto on top. This is a salad by itself or layer this over a bed of greens. Add a loaf of Jalapeno Cheddar Cheese Bread From *Two Daughters Bakery *and you never had to warm up the kitchen. Finally for dessert, slice a loaf of *Farm Fresh Foods Chocolate Espresso Bread or Tara’s Apple Tart. YUM!
