Sun Dried Tomato Pesto Spread

This creamy, bubbly spread is baked to a golden brown. Serve on toast points, crackers, or dried vegetable chips.

Ingredients
1 8oz Cream cheese, softened
1 cup Mayonnaise
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1 8oz Rosemary Knoll Sun Dried Tomato Pesto
2 cups Mozzarella cheeese, grated
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese

Step by Step Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, mayonaise, and onion until blended. Stir in Sun Dried Pesto. Stir in the cheeses setting aside 1/4 c. Parmesan for the top.
  2. Pour into a greased 8x8 baking dish. Sprinkly with remaining Parmesan cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 350degrees for 18-22 minutes or until edges are bubbly and lightly browned.
