Easy Chicken

Taastes like you slaved over the stove all day.

Serves: 8-10


Ingredients
8-10 Chicken pieces      View Available Products
Butter
8 oz. Artichoke Pesto      View Available Products
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/3 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup white wine
1 6oz can mushrooms, drained

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Brown chicken in butter. Place in a shallow dish. Spoon artichoke pesto over the chicken. Arrange the mushrooms over the chicken. Add onions to the skillet and cook until tender. Blend in the flour and seasonings. Add broth and wine and cook until thickened. Pour this gravy over the chicken and bake 55-60 minutes at 375 degrees.
